Trying to fit in a workout around work and all of your Holiday activities, but can’t seem to find anytime? Then do a “no excuses” kind of workout.
This quick circuit uses no equipment and quickly tones the whole body while saying “bye, bye” to fat! Do it outside for some fresh air and sunshine or do it inside when it’s cold.
It’s short and sweet so it’s perfect if you want to roll out of bed and get moving or carve out some time during your lunch break.
Modify as your body needs. The push ups can be done on your knees or the jumps taken out.
- 1 Minute of High Knees – running in place pulling the knees up in front
- 30 Squat Jumps
- 20 Push Ups
- 10 Burpees
- Repeat 3 times
- 1 Minute Jump Rope – jump in place as if jumping rope
- 30 Lunge Jumps
- 40 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Walking Planks – plank to forearm plank, press back to plank
